Urgent Care Services is a one-time 45-minute session scheduled within 1-2 days that focuses on addressing safety issues or a specific urgent concern that you might be experiencing, providing you with coping skills or strategies, and triaging you to other services when indicated.

WeConnect is a group training program that aims to hone social thinking skills and increase social competencies in older teens and young adults who are transitioning into senior high school/college setting or the workforce. This program incorporates Social Thinking concepts from Michelle Garcia Winner’s Social Thinking Framework.

Open to: Older teens and young adults (17-24 years old) transitioning into senior high school, college, or the workplace who find it difficult to develop social connection with others and keep up with the social demands of being in an unstructured environment.


DBT Skills Training is a 16-session program that help participants who would like to cope more effectively with intense emotions, impulsive behaviors, and/or relationship struggles.

DBT Skills are taught to reduce ineffective behaviors and learn more adaptive ways to manage painful emotions. These skills include:
Mindfulness
Distress Tolerance
Emotion Regulation Interpersonal Skills

The Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP) is a non-invasive application of the Polyvagal Theory (The Science of Feeling Safe) that makes use of specially-filtered music designed to shift the mind and body out of fight/flight/freeze/ states and into the state of calm and safety.

Research has shown significant results from the SSP in helping children, teens, and adults who struggle with emotional and behavioral problems such as anxiety, trauma, social difficulties, attention problems. and sleep problems.

If you find it difficult to regulate your emotions, engage socially with others, or think clearly and attentively, this program may be for you.


We're delighted to share that We Thrive's Resilience in Times of Uncertainty is back and now there's a choice to join either group or individual session. If you want to attain emotional wellbeing, cope well with life challenges, lower levels of anxiety and depression, or cultivate satisfying personal relationships, this program may be for you.
