Sweet Fatima Ian R. Remandaban, MA, RPsy is a licensed psychologist with a Master’s Degree in Psychology, major in Clinical Psychology, from the University of the Philippines – Diliman. She currently serves as the People Care Head and Human Resource and Administrative Manager at We Thrive. She provides mental health services to individuals across all age groups through individual psychotherapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and couples and family therapy. In addition, she engages in project management for organizations and offers executive function coaching.

At present, she also works in a university setting, providing psychotherapy sessions to students, faculty, and employees. She has conducted crisis care sessions and coordination, and previously worked as a school clinician, offering socio-emotional counseling to children and adolescents.
