Dr. Angel Belle Dy – Infant mental health specialist, physician and educator with extensive experience in early childhood development, public health and medical education. As an Assistant Professor at the Ateneo School of Medicine and Public Health, Dr. Dy teaches human development and community pediatrics, coordinates modules and mentors medical student research projects. 

She is an Expert Training Leader for the International Council on Development and Learning  (ICDL), delivering DIR Floortime® certificate courses and workshops regionally and internationally. Dr. Dy also holds certification in the Neurosequential Model of Therapeutics, allowing her to integrate trauma-informed, neuroscience-based approaches into clinical practice and parent coaching. Through her clinic and virtual platform, The Growing Brain PH, she promotes neurodevelopmental wellness by supporting families of children with  developmental delays, autism and other neurodevelopmental disorders.
