Dawn Suzette Y. Frontal, RPm is a Licensed Psychometrician in the Philippines with over eight years of experience optimizing clinical workflows and coordinating multidisciplinary assessments in mental health settings. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Mindanao State University–Iligan Institute of Technology and is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology at Cebu Doctor’s University. 

Currently serving as Administrative Assistant at Circle of Hope Community Services, Inc., Dawn Suzette leads full-cycle administrative functions. Previously, she worked as a Registered Psychometrician at a private mental health clinic in Cebu City, where she conducted comprehensive psychological, developmental, and neuropsychological evaluations using standardized tools to support accurate diagnoses and effective intervention planning. 

Her ongoing professional development includes training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Family Crisis Management, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Psychological First Aid, and other evidence-based approaches that strengthen her competence in both clinical and organizational contexts.
