Nina Nerissa Sumpaico Jose, MFLCD CCLS is a Certified Child Life Specialist by the Association of Child Life Professionals (ACLP), a US-based non-profit organization that advances the child life profession around the world. For over 15 years, Ninin has been doing child development work, focused on psychosocial and psycho-educational interventions for children, adolescents and families in various settings. She is also currently Child Life Services Manager of Kythe Foundation, focused on psychosocial care provision for children and youth with cancer, chronic illness, and their families. She obtained her Masters Degree in Family Life and Child Development from the University of the Philippines-Diliman and is currently completing her PhD in Counseling Psychology at Dela Salle University.
