Mildred Flores graduated from the University of Santo Tomas with a degree of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy. She obtained her Master in Business Administration degree from Miriam College and completed Certificate IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping from Technical and Further Education (TAFE) NSW, Australia.

With over 20 years of work experience, Mildred’s professional background includes consultancy appointments in multilateral organizations and employment with local companies, universal banks, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). She is experienced in providing administrative services, accounting, HR, client relations, events coordination and project management.
